Kristen Mayer joins Bullock Legal Group as an accomplished senior level trial and appellate lawyer, with twenty plus years of experience in multi-district litigation and state coordinated proceedings, as both national and liaison counsel. This background has allowed Kristen to deliver successful outcomes during times of crisis and uncertainty, within the most challenging of environments.
Kristen has spent her career working on highly complex national litigations, including the ASR Hip Implants Products Liability litigation, the Benicar (Olmesartan) Products Liability litigation, the Digitek Product Liability litigation, the Ortho-Evra Products Liability litigation, and the Welding Rod Products Liability litigation. She has thus earned an unmatched reputation in her field of expertise, with an emphasis on her ability to understand and deliver top tier legal research and writing, which has a profound impact in national product liability litigations.
Kristen has served as the Chairman of Legal Writing Committees across several firms, and is admitted to practice law in Ohio and North Carolina, the United States District Court in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the Southern District of West Virginia, as well the United States Courts of Appeal in the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Circuits.
If Kristen is not writing something, somewhere, you can catch her volunteering to walk/cuddle sheltered dogs, or you will find her on stage. As a former professional vocalist, she is a tremendous supporter of local community theater, having played Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Aldonza/Dulcinea in Man of LaMancha, and Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, to name a few. As a recent transplant to Charlotte, NC, next up for Kristen is the Charlotte Community Choir.
